No stranger to the world of public speaking, Carole Spiers is highly regarded as a dynamic and entertaining keynote presenter and broadcaster who, over the past 15 years, has travelled extensively over five continents, to fulfil speaking engagements for diverse audiences in many countries.
Carole is a Vice President of the International Stress Management AssociationUK (ISMAUK) and member of the Professional Speakers Association. She is an internationally recognised Occupational Stress Consultant with more than 20 years experience in the field of Stress Management consultancy, training and counselling within all sectors of commerce and industry.

As part of her role within ISMAUK, Carole chaired the charity's International Conference in 2001 and UK Conference in 2002. She was also instrumental in establishing and running National Stress Awareness Day (now in its 6th year) - a national media campaign raising the profile of stress and ensuring that it stays prominently on the public agenda.

Supported by a nationwide network of professionally trained counsellors, consultants and trainers, CSG's mission is to help employers develop and maintain a healthy, enthusiastic and resilient workforce, thus improving productivity and increasing competitive advantage.
The Trainer and Executive Coach
Carole still presents many of CSG's training programmes, covering subjects including the management of pressure and stress, redundancy, resiliency development, coping with change, bullying at work, workplace counselling skills and post-trauma stress. One-to-one sessions can be arranged in private consulting rooms in Harley Street, London, where Carole offers individual counselling, coaching and mediation, together with rehabilitation support to Executives who have fallen victim to stress and/or burnout.
Each workshop is tailored to the individual needs of the client, and Carole is happy to tailor the presentations to meet the needs of the particular audience.
Pro Bono Activity
In addition to her professional commitments, Carole is an appointee of the Lord Chancellor's department on a panel that selects potential Magistrates, and also travels to diverse areas such as the Middle East, Hawaii, Holland, Australia, India, Tibet, Russia and Serbia to give professional advice on a voluntary basis. Her pro bono work includes an involvement with The Samaritans (since 1980), the Probation Service, Wormwood Scrubs Prison, Crisis and Capital Radio's "Help a London Child".
