During the 1980’s Michael spoke at many conferences and increasingly saw his work crossover into the field of commerce - in particular his study on ‘Attitudinal Change’ had a resonance with many organisations. In 1987 Michael established a successful sales training company focusing on the Psychology of Persuasion. Michael worked with many organisations such as American Express, Barclays Bank and Hertz Car Rental.
